A Diary of our attempt to run Alfred Wainwrights 192 mile coast to coast route from St Bees in Cumbria to Robin hoods bay in Yorkshire (West to East) over the course of 7 days. Our challenge will start proper 26/06/2011 although we set out on 25/06/2011. We (John & David) plan to keep you up to date with all things related during the planning, training & during the trip.
